Si pudiera no dar ninguna estrella lo haria. Hace como un mes fui a comprar un juego de cuarto, mi pareja y yo estabamos super emocionados por nuestra nueva adquisición pero eso cambio al otro dia. Desps de la venta. Empezaron las mentiras a salir a la luz. Vendieron algo que ni tenian disponible. Tuvimos que pagar por algo que ni teniamos en la casa. Juraron que era madera, no lo es. Nos dijeron una fecha de entrega, llego 3 semanas despues, cambiando en 3 ocasiones la fecha de entrega. Cuando por fin llega, llega roto con veinte problemas y no lo quieren cambiar, solo remplazaran una cosa, y el resto que tambn tiene problemas asi se va aquedar. No podemos reclamar, porque era un especial. Este lugar no sirve, no se lo recomiendo ni a mi peor enemigo. No pierda su dinero en este lugar. Perdieron un buen cliente. No caiga en la trampa, solo se aprovechan del cliente. Esta no es una buena opción. La proxima vez averiguo. Espero que sean concientes de estos ladrones. Lindo dia!

We ordered a bunk bed and other furniture pieces from these people and they promised delivery within 3 business days which would have been May 7. The day of scheduled delivery only a few pieces arrived some of which were damaged. We were informed by the delivery driver that all the other pieces were on back order and will be received on May 16. We were NOT contacted by the seller about this. We contacted them and they kept putting me off. They were rude and did not offer any apologies about this. We went to the store on May 19 and demanded our money back if they did not deliver the furniture within 24 hours. Our furniture arrived the next morning. Suffice to say, they only work with you if you threaten their profits. Buyer beware do not shop here!

I moved here from NY and was unable to take my headboard so I went to Furniture Outlet Depot and Rob was so patient and kind to try and match the color of my platform bed. He went thru a few books until I found the right one. The delivery was right on time as promised but the guys were unable to install it because I ordered the wrong headboard. I went to Rob and he recommended me to a furniture doctor who was awesome. My antique furniture was broken , each leg from all three pieces and Martin was able to fix it,. You would not believe it was broken. I have no hesitation in recommending Rob and his associates to anyone even the President if he asked me. They are awesome and so caring!

En mi caso el producto ha resultado con una calidad muy buena. Pero el trato del gerente que me atendió fue inapropiado. Pague en efectivo en el momento de hacer la orden, sin embargo la promesa de que la mercancía llegaría en unos días se convirtió luego en una semana y finalmente llegó casi un mes después de hacerla.

DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE!!! Saying this expreience was a nightmare would be an understatement to say the least. Not only did it take them three times ( 3 1/2 weeks total) to get my furniture, but the service is terrible and the lack of communication does not help. They do not give refunds, and once you give them money they do not care about anymore. Not once was i compensated for their mistakes. Even when i finally received everything it still was not 100% (broken couch and scratched up table). Please do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY.

Please dont buy anything from this scammers! They dont sell the frniture you actually order. My parents to bought a living room set, and its damaged, poorly made and NOT FROM ASHLEY! My parents have a lawsuit against them. Rob is rude and have a nasty attitude. Luis the furniture Doctor is a liar and use (used materials) to fix a brand new set my mom purchased at this location. They dont want to exchange or give her back the money. But the lawyer will make sure they get new couches and $$$ for the trouble ;) karma

We have bought from the good people here many times and find them very friendly. Dining set, bar stools, iron bed we ordered from a catalogue and office furniture we saw online. Our calls were not always returned promptly but our one damaged piece was replaced without issue and we always felt that we got a good deal here for items that were rather unique. Price vs customer service… its not an excuse nice to have both but my money is on price.

Horrible service ever!!! They try to push you in to buying. And if you ask for the information so you can compared prices elsewhere they deny that information to you. Rude, rude... No professionalism, the guy called me "mamma", really?! Horrible, horrible!!! Save yourself time and a bad time coming here, dont waste your time here go somewhere else I warranty you might be treated like a human been anywhere else but here.

They own royal furniture and the managment has HORRIBLE customer service. They brought me a broken bed twice and after a week I still have not recieved the new piece. Rob the manager/owner also lied to me about having my replacement. I will never ever ever buy from them. The furniture they sell may look nice but is not durable if brought to me broken twice. The dresser also keeps falling apart.

Prices are not worth the terrible service nor the furniture which is not 100%. Once you pay, they have no interest in working with you. They also do not know what they have in stock so when you pick something and fall in love with it, they most likely do not even have it. This happened countless amount of times to me. PLEASE STAY AWAY!

Bought a bed for $169 he shows up with a box I asked where the mattress is he say s oh you need one of those? Thats an extra 200 total false advertising the mattress kills my back he says oh you tried it in the showroom I said trying in a store and sleeping on it are different he says well there are no returns total thief scumbag

The worse experience ever the sold a full living room set the sofa and the recliner were broken the send what they call technician from Doctor furniture Luis and he fix the sofa with a 2" 4" wood stick and some matres also filled the pillow with and old used pillow and now the dont want to replace it also Rob is very disrespectful

We bought a couch from these people and the couch started sinking after a few weeks. They replaced it with another one of what they called "better quality". Same thing happened and they refuse to give you your money back once they make the sale. Go to a professional furniture store. Dont go here.

This company gave us excellent customer service! The manager, Robert, drive the delivery truck himself, to deliver our furniture items after hours. We are so thankful to them for going the extra mile for us I definitely recommend this company, and will continue to do business with them.
