Like most places they sell you the insurance/coverage insuring that if you property is ever damaged you will be covered. I fell for this trap believing if anything went wrong I would be able to call and ask for assistance since I paid extra for the coverage. I purchased the Sophia bed set. Never was I told this particular set stains easily due to the wood and the paint color of choice. You can sit a cup of water on this furniture and the next day there is a stain that does not come out. I have perfume as well that I sit on my dresser like I have my other ones prior to purchasing this one. I left the top on the dresser and picked it up noticing there was a circular stain simply from the perfume top. I feel scammed and wish I would have been told this furniture stains easily. I called and every person I spoke with told me that this was not covered even though I explained that once I purchased this furniture I was told if anything happened to my furniture while under warranty it would be taken care of. I moved recently and again I see that it is very easy for this furniture to be damaged. After taken apart the bed set before even loading anything on the uhaul I noticed the wood was chipped just from taking it apart. i wasnt rough with it at all. Money down the drain. Instead of the store working with me they blamed me for the stains which no furniture that cost $2000 should stain that easily from sitting a cup of water or a perfume top on it.

Perhaps I should have left the store when I witnessed more employees sitting on couches while using their phones then actually asking customers if they needed help. In spite of this horrible perception of customer service, my fiancé decided to walk around the "show room" and see if there was any items that we were interested in purchasing to save a few bucks since we are remodeling our house. After an hour or so of looking around, we ended up finding a couch and love seat set that we wanted to purchase. Let me just say that the customer service at this point got even worse. I will say that we were purchasing the items about 15 minutes before closing time. That being said, I have never felt so put off by the attitudes of nearly every employee that worked at this location. You would think that someone spending $1500 would at least warrant a little basic customer service, however, our attempted questions and payment paperwork was met with eye rolls, attitudes, and overall rudeness. Maybe you dont love your job, and I do understand you probably dont have many people purchasing items right before you close, but that is no excuse for the dismissive and outright rude attitudes we witnessed while attempting to provide Rooms To Go with our business. I will make sure everyone I know is aware of how terrible the overall experience was at this location. In spite of us feeling good about what we purchased, I would never give them my business again.

Been to this outlet store many times, sometimes the sales staff is right on you ready to help and sometimes they lean back. Since i am one of those people who will ask if i need assistance, i dont mind either way. Store layout makes it easy to browse and i recommend taking at least two spins around the place as you might have missed something. Staff are always accomodating if something isnt right or missing. The actual sales transaction always seems to take 15+ minutes each time i have been to any rooms to go( i really wish they could speed that up, not buying a car ). Their pickup/loading area is usually on the ball, so no complaints there, plus i wouldnt want to hurry them as that could result in injury or my furniture damaged. Bright the big truck when you go! Have been to store several times, bought a recliner last time i was there. Chairs for a dinner table before that.. Have also bought several sets over the years from RTG stores.

Got a brand new mattress here last week because my boyfriend got some furniture here a while ago (which is nice and holding up well). I did not expect there to be soooooooooooooo many awesome options to choose from. I highly recommend coming here for just about any household furniture item you need (new or used or as is). The prices are decent, it is not messy and the sales people are very straight forward. Just a warning when you are looking at stuff, before you inquire about it. Make sure its not sold because sold merchandise can appear unsold but the tag might just be hidden. Also, the guys who load out the furniture wont help you secure things for liability purposes but will gladly supply good quality twine. Definitely a gem and will be back especially because I got a follow up postcard after my purchase. Super nice customer touch. Not to mention, I love my new bed! I told all my friends and family about it. Thanks again

3/22/15 my husband and I were ready to spend $ and found a great couch set within 10 mins. We immediately found a Sales Assoc. and placed a SOLD tag on it while we continued to shop. 35-45 mins later when ready to check out. We were sadly informed the price listed was for only 1 couch not both. Yet every couch set including sectionals had only 1 price tag! Rather than get a manager to flip the couch upside down to look for sku #s .. or whatever it was you were searching for... how about work out a price and tell us what you want. Compromise.... and provide me with Customer Service. It should not have taken 35-45 mins to see your error in how you miss-advertised your product. We took our business elsewhere and spent $1750. Please re-inventory your products and get the price tags listed correctly to save your future customers time.

Probably the worst service Ive ever had in my life!!! Bought a bedroom set paid in full!!! They gave me a pick up date (Saturday). Went to the store with my family to pick up the set after waiting for like 45 min the manager came and told me the dresser was oversold and they did not have any at the store. He apologized and told me that he can have one delivered and set up for me at no charge to my house on (Wednesday). Wednesday came left work early waiting on their phone call for the delivery and nothing. I called the store and the lady said shell relate the message to the manager that he would call right back. I waited a few hours and nothing I called back and the lady told me he was on the sales floor

TERRIBLE!! One of our friends recommended this place as we just purchased a house and were in need of new furniture. Found a piece we liked asked for a price and everything went wrong from there. The salesperson was only willing to take 70.00 off the price of the sectional, when it clearly had several defects. Instead of getting a manager involved he pathetically tried to convince us of the great deal it was and if we didnt buy it someone else would!! Needless to say we took our 1200.00 and went elsewhere to buy NEW furniture. Avoid this place, their customer service is severely lacking.
