This store has the WORST customer service I have ever seen. They act like they are doing you a favor buy taking your money. I went in to get some auto paint and after standing in line for 15-20 mins we finally got to the counter and the lady says she had to take a break and went off to the back room. Then the guy beside her got off the phone and we asked to see a color chart of auto paint. The guy handed us a book of domestic car paints from 96-2003. We were looking for paint for a 1974 VW, as soon as he handed us the book he gets on the phone and is on the phone for another 10 mins. We couldnt tell him he gave us the wrong book. I finally gave up and left with out any of the other items we were going to buy. NAPA is not like this everywhere, I think its just this store. I will not be going back here again. I will gladly go out of my way to avoid this store. Suggest you do too.

Went in to get some battery cable ends and/or battery cable. At the counter, asking the clown working there about if they had more in the back, etc. Of course they had only 2, and only 1 foot of the cable (awesome stocking jobs there, NOT!). I said I would take what they had, and some other customer walks up... This P.O.S. behind the counter goes to start ringing this other guy up, and just leaves me standing there. What a complete jerkoff!!! Tall goofball with glasses Bill or Bumpkin or, whatever his freaking name is, he is a complete A Hole the way he treats customers!!! ONLY LEAVING ONE STAR BECAUSE IT WONT LET ME LEAVE ZERO STARS! SCREW YOU NAPA, YOULL NEVER GET ANY OF MY BUSINESS AGAIN!

horrible customer service, I just walked out after standing in line to check out behind 2 other people that were ready to check out as well with no one at the counter, one employee was walking around talking to people in the isles and one was walking around in the back, I walk out of this store 50% of the time I go again because the wait is so long to get helped. There is an older gentleman named Frank who is the only knowledgable person in the store.

Great help at the desk. went above and beyond with helping my radiator problem. the other guys had the wrong radiator listed in their system NAPA had the correct one and made it easy to check physically it was correct.
