These guys deserve more than 5 stars. I was referred to McDonald Auto & Truck Repair by a friend after paying a lot of money for other shops to never fix the original problem. McDonald fixes the issue the very 1st time with 100% reliability. They dont offer you extra services you dont need. Since purchasing new vehicles a few years ago we havent had the need to come in recently but for any out of warranty service we need well be back. They do take appointments and can be busy. They are located in the country in a quiet location. They are also at least a 30 minute drive from my house (and I live within the Columbus city limits) but well worth going to for the reasons stated above.
