So, I bought and cooked Thanksgiving dinner for the neighborhood and served it in the front yard. When I went to move my van out to block the sun on the guest, everything went wrong and I had to go to AutoZone. Needles to say, I will be missing black friday. But I stayed happy through the most devastating thanksgiving I have ever had. After a 45 minute walk to AutoZone I expected the worst. I own a very out dated 1991 econo line. As soon as I entered the store a very nice young man who couldnt get to me right away , addressed me from across the store. I alway have a communication barrier with Auto store , so I have the old part with me in a back pack. Really, cant understand why they arent educated enough to understand what a thing a ma gig is or a who gi ma call it. Talk about helpful, if I wasnt so grateful for the help I would have thought he wanted me out of the store asap. :) LOL But really, awesome help, even dealt with my suspicious attitude with parts. Yeppers, I am always on the lookout for mis packaging conspiracies. LOL but true. Really, he gave me the feeling I could have ask him about anything and he would have given me an honest answer. I would have tested that but I was well over heated from the walk and still had more to deal with. I have to go back tomorrow, that I am sure will be the pleasant part of this issue. I decided to hire a neighbor to finish the work on getting my old van running, turns out he is a loyal customer there and had all good things to say about them. After the day came to an end I went to log in and post this review finding a public disciplinary note from a google mod as if they pay me for these reviews. I wanted to walk away and not post this at all, but really every review I do was earned by the employee I encountered and having a stranger put that much effort into making life easier is a blessing that needs to be made public. Thank You Autozone.
