Been using this company all my life mostly but this specific store kindof turned me off a little and was rather unimpressed with their helpfulness. I was told that I cannot return electronic parts and the "manager I think" told me his opinion which I was not interested in. I asked him if that was store policy and he said yes. Strange because on their site it says unconditional returns. I went accross the street to oriely auto parts and it was like a breath of fresh air. I love Oriely and now will use them and never use advance again. You should do the same

Sale staff would rather stock the shelf, or talk on the phone than check out customers waiting with money in hand to buy something. HORRIBLE cusomter skills these people totaly ignore someone standing at the register waiting to check out. There are many other auto parts stores in the area wich are more than glad to help someone with purchases, this store is not one of them. We will go somewhere else now.

My husband visited this place asked one of the guys to come look at a part he needed on his car. The guy told him to go snap a picture and my husband did he came back to the same guy and the guy says you have me baffled. Not very smart people work there. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Ive been sitting outside since 7:30 and this place still isnt open. Online it says 7:30am and on the doors it says 7:30am. If you open at a different time, PUT IT ON YOUR DOORS AND ONLINE!
