Jason was EXTREMELY HELPFUL! I came in the day following Labor day this year. I had an "oil change" done at a place on North Dale Mabry highway in Lutz... sure enough they wanted to "give me a few estimates" before I left..(went straight home, so I wasnt driving around all day.) The VERY NEXT DAY, the Check engine light came on as I was driving my daughter to school. After work I came by Advanced Auto Parts. Jason was more than willing to diagnose my truck (which is a free service) and also discussed my situation. He was extremely professional, friendly, and helpful! I just wanted to thank him again for his help in addressing the situation, and if I need help (or parts) in the future Ill surely be back!

3 guys working, 1 guy outside installing a battery, 1 guy collecting parts for a big online order, 1 older guy who reeks of cigarettes whos behind the counter, dressed in uniform. Im waiting to be checked out, older guy tells me " Im not clocked in " proceeds to walk by me and goes to smoke outside? If you arent "on the clock" why are you behind the counter with an dvance auto parts uniform on? Great customer service! needless to say after waiting and waiting I just left.

Over the past 10 years Ive bought things here and theyve always attempted to help and have been pretty good. Today James didnt care to put any effort. If the part number didnt pull up in his computer he didnt try anything else. Its bad service like this which will have me buying this part and the next 10 years of my business somewhere else.
