I was very upset with the quality of their customer service. We came for a wheel seal repair. Prior to sending the truck I called to get an estimate for the out-the-door price and was told that the absolute max would be 260.00. 25 mins prior to the job being complete, I asked if we were still good on the original quote and I was told yes. When the job was done the bill came out to just under 300.00 and the only thing they could tell me was that it is what it is and there was nothing they could do about it. Definitely wont be returning here for any other work in the future.

I received a written estimate from them, dated Oct. 8, 2015, to repair a truck bed for me. There was no expiration date on the estimate or any mention that it was only good that day (which the employee implied when I did take the truck in). I dropped the truck off in early February to have the work done and the company called and said it wouldnt be $1,200 like the estimate said but $2,850. They could not give me an adequate explanation for why the price jumped 250%. Needless to say, I picked the truck up, wont be back and definitely dont recommend them for any work.

This place is so greedy I took my truck for coolant leak and they told me to done one day it takes 12 days no found the problem after that they said axel seal leak it cost me 1,400 then they put electric issue I paid another $ 600 by the time I left the shop After 5 hours There is engine light is on again I come back the shop they told me its another new code which is new service I took my truck. I am not recommended to anybody to go this place,they ripped me off.

This place is a joke. Took my truck there for a cluch and it took 4 days to put it in over price. when I dropped the truck off they said it would only take a day. Got my truck back. and noticed I had no back up alarm and back up lights so I took it back dropped it off and they said it will be ready at 8 oclock in the morning so I get there at 8 and they just sent a preson to get the part. Not very happy with the way they run there shop

Awesome staff, worked me in the shop and got my truck all taken care of. Took the time to actually figure out my problem unlike the place across the street. They just condemned a $2000 part because thats what they thought it might be. Avoid the big truck stop, they apparently dont use real mechanics to figure out problems, they have some type of truck whisper or something. These guys are the real deal. Thanks!!!

These people are crooked, they charge $95hr per technician working on your truck, they put two guys on my truck without telling me it was $190 an hour. If theyd told me that up front Id went some where else. They did good work, but that was ridiculous!!!!

Ive taken our trucks and trailers there for many years. These guys have always been honest and upfront. If there ever was an issue, it was addressed and solved immediately. These are the good guys and they truly want to earn your business.

This is an awesome garage. I pulled in there unannounced in a hurry and that got me in and out of their changing both of my fuel filters in 45 minutes and charged me a hundred and sixteen dollars which is a fair price.
