So I came to this wawa at about one am tonight. This is a usual for me since i run night shift. The staff are always alert and ready when you are (which is rare at late night gasstations). Tonight I had the most fantastic sandwich I have ever had also my boyfriend made the comment that, "This is a marvelous sub and whoever made this deserves a raise:. It was so good I even called and asked to speak to the manager. Come to find out the woman that made my subs was Caitlin the shift manager. Not only was the place in order, staff working, they had a manager behind the counter helping and working along with her staff. This is by far the best wawa I have ever been too. Thanks for making my late night runs worth it.

Im currently standing in this wawa, waiting for two new hash browns because the ones I bought this morning were over an hour expired. (I guess Ill have to start paying attention to timing, i expect wawa to serve quality food) I called and was reassured Ill be getting two fresh ones. No sorry, nothing even suggested to compensate having to come back to wawa after leaving because they werent keeping up with the expiration times. The woman who had helped (older woman with a blue shirt on) was very rude, never once apologized. This review may just be passed up, but maybe you can talk to your employees about their customer service skills, because I was nothing but nice this morning.

Food was decent. But I dont go for people being certain ways. Such as the cashier was behind where they make the food they were to busy jamming out to music and talking I stood there close to 5 minutes when the manager comes out and then the cashier was oh hi welcome to wawas like I just walked up. I never been here before but then totally acting like they didnt see me then deciding to do there job when Kimberly the manager walks out thats messed up I dont care how tired I am next time I will never come back here.

I like the gas station, but sometimes you have to wait at the cash register for anyone to come to the register when youve been standing there for 5 minutes and all the employees have looked at you so they know youre waiting. Dont even bother buying beer at this location, they keep the cooler locked; I had to wait in line for 5 minutes to get the cooler unlocked then get back at the end of an even longer line and wait another 10 minutes, almost 20 minutes spent on something that should have been 5 or less.

This has got to be one of the most fantastic convenience stores Ive ever been to. Sure they are open late and have a large selection of items, but their killer differentiator is their built-to-order fresh food. They have a convenient touch screen ordering system where you can select your food and choose toppings and ingredients. I highly recommend the tripleta, which is a great late night snack after a night out.

I absolutely love this station. I went in tonight and I got a sandwich. The lady behind the counter had informed me that the chicken wasnt going to be ready for 15 minutes and if I wanted anything else...I told her that I could wait for the chicken. Everytime I go to this location the service is beyond the best. The coffee is the best to get in Fort Myers. If you need to stop...You need to stop here, definitely.

I walked in looking for a buttered roll told the guy behind the counter I did not see rolls on the screen he told a co-worker that I was blind and I needed help. She comes over guess what theres no 10-inch rolls on the screen for me to to select from. I was about ready to go back and make sure that dude was blind you dont insult someone like that

I have been coming to this location since it opened about 2 years ago. What is not to like? Large sandwiches, premium drinks, convenience store items. Everything is made to order. Love their touchscreen monitors. Only issue has been that they are sometimes out of the item I want, but there are other yummy choices.

Firstly, a guy put down the bag of trash he was carrying to take my sandwich out of the toaster. So disgusting. Then the unbelievably rude tall young lady snapped that this order wasnt mine. Who cares? Contamination. Never coming back. Guess thats what you get for eating at a gas station staffed by morons.

The variety of coffee in this place is second to none. I used to go to Racetrac on a daily basis but since Wawa opened their doors in both Cape Coral and Fort Myers this is my favorite place to go for coffee, meals, and everything in between. Highly recommended if youre on the go.

Always come here for gas or a quick bite to eat, friendly staff and very clean. Management should do something about the bums hanging around the establishment and riding around the gas pumps on bikes asking for money. Ive been asked everytime Ive visited this location.

Every single time I order food from this place, my order is wrong. I should be getting what I pay for but apparently the kitchen staff is too busy talking to eachother to pay attention. I love the food here but Id rather go somewhere that gets it right.

Seems like this place is busy but theres always enough pumps available. I like that they still offer free air as a service, something you cant find very often nowadays. Didnt go inside but I was told that they make really good smoothies by a friend.

Mens bathroom totally gross . Very dissapointed told lead at register. Sat outside for 10 minutes to see if he told anyone and nothing happened . Wow other gasvstations around are not as fancy but they sure do have a clean bathroom .

I love the fact that there are coffee samples before you can buy them. Thats how I now know that Ecuador coffee is my favorite! Theyre putting a Wawa in Port Charlotte at this very time and I cannot wait until they open.

They have an awesome free tire air compressor you can use. Its digital, you can enter in the PSI you want for your tires and it does the rest. Great gas as well, and clean/nice interior of the store.

I absolutely love wawa Ive never been to one before and its very different than any gas station Ive ever been to. Good food, great coffee, and helpful staff. I hope we get one in naples soon

Great if you want a sandwich, quesadilla, or snack in the middle of the night. Not so great if you want to get gas and, say, bread so you dont have to make two stops.

Used to go to WaWa a lot in Pennsylvania. Was really happy they opened in Fort Myers. Best place for quick hoagies, breakfast sandwiches, and coffee.
