Ordered 2 midnight mint Frappuccino with shots. The old lady was rude and made the drinks with no coffee, no powder and no shots! She was too busy talking with her coworker to make a proper drink. We were so upset when we got down the road and tasted our drinks that had no mint flavor, no coffee flavor whatsoever, no shots of course and they tasted like a milkshake. Stay clear of this Starbucks its horrible!!!

Unfortunately, this is the closet Starbucks to our home. I am a huge fan of Starbucks but this particular location always makes your drinks wrong ALWAYS and ussually have a fairly rude staff to add to tge experience. My suggestion is keep it simple if you are going to this location, like just a regular pike coffee and you might be ok. Disappointed once again with tgis location.

Iced coffee was brewed weak. They were using silk brand soy milk instead of their own. The drink tasted watered down and terrible. It was like this two days in a row.
