I came one day and the service was super slow and they got my order wrong, and it was not by any means crowded. In the hopes that they were just having an off day, I came in a few days later and placed an order. The baristas said my order was not possible as they didnt make that drink, however I have been offered this drink many times at numerous locations. Will not come to this Starbucks again, staff is not trained nearly as well as other locations and were not friendly when I tried to explain the drink.

The cashiers are very friendly. The baristas could learn some manners. One absolutely refused to give me my iced tea without a lid. I like to put the stevia in myself and the lid isnt always easy to take off. Boy did she give me attitude when I asked her to leave the lid off and that I would put it on myself. What gave this Starbucks a three star from me was the cashiers. Very nice and friendly.

Bad coffee and pastries are normally made up for by friendly and helpful staff in most coffee houses under the Starbucks banner, not here.though.
