The worst Starbucks ever. Someone really needs to look into this location not only are the staff beyond rude, but need a reminder on how to use proper hygiene!!! They never wash their hands and are always touching their hair or applying lip balm. The slowest service ever because they are too busy chatting amongst themselves. Ive had so many bad experiences and this location is unfortunately the only location around me. They didnt want to remake me drink when they gave me the wrong thing. And another time they said that my drink was disgusting. Please someone needs to train the employees.

It was horrible . I ordered a white chocolate mocha . They did not ask if I wanted it hot or iced. Then when they give me my order I told them that it needed to be cold and the lady behind the counter replied , "you have to let us know " . Actually i dont , there supposed to ask me ! Horrible customer service, not to mention , while we were waiting on our order she STOPPED WORKING to carry on a conversation with a customer who had already gotten their order to talk about a personal matter . They refused to re make my coffe , DONT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSSINESS !

I went to this starbucks just 3 times because is the nearest to me...but everitime I went I regret...I love to custom my drink and They always put faces when I start to tell them what I want...no matter if theres just me in the line...so my friends if you like to custom your drink this is the wrong place to do it...I feel not welcome in that place...

I went here with a friend and the cashier started mocking me and my friend when we where only trying to decide what we wanted. It was very rude. It was my first time going there and it was the worst experience. Dont go here for custom drinks either. It was a man with short white hair and looked about 50 and had glasses.

I just want to say. People are so quick to give a bad review if they dont get what they want. But if they got great service, and things were just perfect, nobody or few people will put that comment on. Just stop people being negative and complaining!

George was most gracious and efficient. I would have liked to leave a tip, but unfortunately this location is not allowed a tip jar. Quick in and out, great service and good coffee.

Im a gold Starbucks member and this location has Worst customer services they need to train the employee make the drink right and not watching the video. Also order some cup holder

Worst Starbucks I have ever been to.. the line is always long because it takes 10min to do 1 drink. Ive been to this one a few times and its always the same.

I like Starbucks but this location has some of the rudest employees Ive ever seen at a Starbucks and half of the time they dont make the drinks properly.

Slow and never make my drink right. Seems to be a lot of different employees and none are trained except the guy who would rather talk than work
