Rude. Rude. Rude. Stood at the deli counter for about 10 minutes before I was acknowledged. I was told very rudely that she was in the middle of an order. Would have been nice information to have when I first walked to the counter rather than leaving me standing there wasting time. Funny, typical good Publix store however but having an elderly lady approach you to recommend a wine with her little folder, and the we reply its ok we are looking for a particular New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc called The Crossing, the "elderly expert" replies never heard of a New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc, my says there it is, and with that she scuttles off.

This is a beautiful Publix: Bright, clean, well-stocked and staffed with knowledgeable and helpful employees. This store exemplifies why Publix dominates - Once upon a time this used to be a slummy Albertsons I wouldnt go near. There are five other Publix markets not too far from here, and Id have no problem going out of my way to shop at this one.

The customer service manager Jennifer is very friendly and her help with finding my items is greatly appreciated! She even recommend some great snacks for me to try and Im hooked! I love shopping here and feel that associates often go out of the way to help at this publix over a few of the others Ive been to.

One of the only public where I felt disrespected. Cashier barely greeted me, never totaled me my total or anything. In fact she was busy talking with the next guest in line and didnt even look at me when handing my receipt. Do not go here if you are a person of color you will not feel welcome by some.

Be careful. If you have a return item the manager, whos name is Jennifer, who is obviously on drugs (blood shot eyes, and all) will treat you like you stole your paid item. And obviously has a lot of prejudice towards men. Love this place, but we will not return as long as she is there.

My experience with Publix is always pleasant. The staff is courteous, friendly and helpful. The prices, however have gone up dramatically making it difficult to shop there since my husband and I are on a fixed income.

The trolley schedule are out dated, anyone trying to use them would be greatly inconvenienced. When l mentioned it to customer service she really didnt care, so I mentioned it to the manager. Same result. Oh well.
