I ordered a coil pack for my 2013 Mustang Gt and learned it was not the part I needed for my repair so I decided to return it. After multiple emails trying to get a return number, I got one and did not receive a refund after I shipped it out. I spoke to Paul Suttenfield (very unprofessional) by phone who kept telling me to call back so that they could find it in their warehouse and he never called or emailed back after saying he would. After weeks of this, he finally responded and said I shipped it to the wrong address and that they would have to find it. This was on 04/2017. Still on 09/2017, I still have no refund money or response back. Over a $90.00 coil pack?! I couldnt imagine spending more money on mods for my Mustang at this shop and having a problem and am very glad I did not spend any more money here after trying to give them a shot and went somewhere else for all my future modifications. Absolutely horrible business and I would not recommend them. Very delayed response time, sounded lazy and unmotivated by phone, and still 5 months later, no return money. Buyer beware.

Would not recommend ordering anything from here. My husband ordered BBK long tube headers from them. They said they were on back order. We still proceeded to order them. When the shipping date came, we hadnt received a confirmation for the shipping. So he called them, they said the headers wouldnt be available until a later date. My husband just asked them for a refund. The guy said he cancelled the order and we should see a refund. They didnt send a confirmation about the refund. The guy said he couldnt send one. We called back 2 days later and someone else sent a refund confirmation. All of this happened during the week before Christmas and we have yet to see a refund. We are very disappointed and will never order outside of American Muscle again. Update: We called again and spoke with Santo, a manager over there. He was a great help. For some reason the refund was voided out and he fixed the problem without any problem. The refund was back in our account today.

I just purchased an aluminum driveshaft for my 2012 Mustang from Brothers, They gave me an excellent price and installed it while I waited.Dave the mechanic did a great job on the installation. I also had a Warr Bar installed a few days later that was not purchased at Brothers. Dave installed it in 1/2 an hour and did a perfect installation. They do have car shows a few time a year as well as cars and coffee once a month. This is a very good shop and very friendly knowledgeable people working there.

Worst company ever do not buy from here. Ordered holley sniper intake and a bbk throttle body got shipping confirmation and when parts showed up NO INTAKE called and they said ya made to order and its on back order, finely got the intake pulled my car apart and found out you need spacers for this intake,thank you brother performance for keeping that out of your details......... go to holley and save your time and Frustration.

I ordered a cold air intake for my dodge charger and never recieved it which i dont blame them for because they sent it out. Its either been stolen or lost by ups but they do not want to refund my money back. I have been waiting for 1 month for a refund and they keep saying by next week but yet nothing. They obviously dont want to give anyone a refund so i would suggest not buying from them.

I ordered a bbk X pipe and it said it was in stock. About a week later they told me I had to wait because they didnt have any in Stock. So I did wait and its been about a month and havent even got a response. Would not recommend ordering anything from here. American muscle all the way they only take less than a week. Really disappointed. I dont even know if my X pipe is coming or not.
