Manager refused to change the battery in my 2013 Ford Focus because it "takes too long". Took my car later that day (after a jump from a nice coworker) to the Auto Zone on 419 and Lockwood where they changed the battery in under 5 minutes. The manager was obviously lazy and not interested in helping. Will not be visiting this particular Auto Zone in the future.

If they didnt have or couldnt find the part in their system they were kind enough to help a non local out and refer me somewhere I could find it, excellent customer service that makes me wanna come back. Cleanest Auto Zone Ive been in.
