When you walk into this Advanced you get this awkward feel like you arent wanted there. They do what they say, but they arent the most outgoing crew of people. I asked to borrow an adjustable wrench once because my friends car battery was dead, and we needed the wrench to pull off the bracket. Gave me hell, and then told me they rented whole tool sets. So, I went to auto zone and he handed it to me and said its my personal wrench please bring it back. We did and I do all my business there now. Go to the Autozone on County Road 419 if you want friendlier service. If you need a cheap part, go to Advanced.

Its an auto parts store so nothing too fancy here. The location is clean and the staff is very friendly. They have saved my butt twice now. Three years ago when I moved here, my car battery died and had a bad cell. They tested and fixed it on a stormy Florida day. Nearly three years later I had another battery issue and they checked their records and replaced my warrantied battery with no issues or excuses why they couldnt. They honored their warranty and replaced my battery free of charge!

These are my people! I love this location and can I credit that to the company or the staff; well, they are one and the same. They are always willing to help with almost anything, parts-wise. They are friendly and have a good team working. This location usually has what I am looking for, or it gets there in a few days. I order online and us the “pick-up at store” option since it is cheaper online and there are tons of coupons.

We went to get our battery changed. The employees were very friendly. We had our 3yr old 2yr old and newborn. We made funny jokes about how changing the battery in my car was like c-section. Funny employees who are relaxed and friendly. My husband though the guy was really kind and cool to talk to. Thank you We appreciate the help we received from here.

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, seems like I can never leave the store with everything on my list though. Usually at least one item is out of stock or at another store but they can usually get the part from another store by 8am the next morning.
