If you are a woman shopping at this store, be aware that they will try to up-sell you, simply because of your gender. I went in there about a year ago shopping for supplies so my husband could change my oil, and they talked me into synthetic oil even though I was trying to stick to my list which included a regular (non synthetic) oil brand. I was suckered into buying the more expensive oil because the salesman was very convincing. I let it go at the time, and considered it a learning experience, vowing not to let it happen again. Fast forward to last weekend, when my daughter was on the same shopping mission to buy supplies so Dad could change her oil, and this SAME store, tried (and failed Im proud to say!) to up-sell her the more expensive synthetic oil! Id like to know from the business, do you only do this to Women? Im angry and my next message will be to the BBB! I guess if you have to shop there, you may want to bring a man with you so they treat you with respect! Shame on you AutoZone, fool me once...but not again! Ill be sharing this with as many places I can.

Went in to check my battery as I was about to embark on a long trip. I suspected the battery was weak as it spent 7 months unused during a military deployment. It also wasnt starting a easily as I was used to. Battery checked bad and I had it replaced. Quick and free installation, cleaning of the terminals, and even the replacement if a stripped bolt holding the battery in place. Great service above and beyond. Pleasantly surprised by his knowledge and expertise.

This store used to be perfect until the new store manager got there... On the other hand I was greatly impressed with the knowledge and overall customer service of an employee named Landon. He knew exactly what I was talking about when I needed a new hose clamp for my 1999 Honda Civic cold air induction system. This guy went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed.

The guys are always quick to answer your questions and walk you through any process. I havent always had the best luck here with employees but it looks like they got it right for now. Store is clean and staff is knowledgeable.
