Muy buena atencion por parte de los clientes incluso vi clientes que hablaban español y los empleados hacian lo posible por entenderlos y ayudarlos,muy buena atencion se los recomiendo algunos productos u poco caro pero lo demas todo bien,van contigo haste el carro y te ayudan a arreglar el problema

Fernando the manager and Kevin the sales associate went out of their way to help me fix my boat trailer that had broke an axle. I got stranded in Orlando for three days. Fernando let me put my boat on Jack stands in the parking lot and Kevin came out between customers to help me in getting my axle off the trailer. Every employee I ran into at this store went above and beyond their job description and as a result they should be commended and recognized for the hard work and attention to their customers that they give every day

I had a bad battery that wasnt charging. They came out and tested the battery to confirm. The individual at the counter suggested different types and prices of batteries that fit my car, which was great. They even switched out my battery for free. Overall great customer service!

Very disappointed in the customer service and knowledge of the staff at this location. A customer asks a question a and ends up knowing more than the staff doesnt look good at all. Than trying to sell things that wouldnt even help with what needs to be done. Disappointed.

I had a defective battery that I had bought from an AutoZone in California. They replaced it with no questions asked, other than my phone number so they could look me up in their database. The service provided was exceptional. Staff was friendly and professional.

We had the unfortunate timing of our car battery failing while on vacation. We went to auto zone and were helped by Malik. He was very friendly and informed. He installed our battery for us, as we had no tools with us. We were back on the road quickly. Thank you!

Two clients tree employees and I had to wait for more than 20 minutes. Them dont need our money, thats for sure. Ill drive to the next advanced auto parts near me and will never be back here. Laisy people shouldnt be working in a place like that.

A staff member broke my door handle off trying to open my locked door before I could unlock it , had to get a new one from hyundai they did pay for it which earns them some points but all I was there for was to check a price on a part

Two stars for the store itself which is nice and well located, but the service is insanely slow. Takes at least 30 minutes to get a part. On average I wait 10 minutes to talk to someone.
