Customer service person was rude and refused us service with out an explanation and after i walked to the counter he said oh i was working with this customer previously.. I was in line 10 minutes before the customer he was working with walked through the door.. Steven should have acknowledged us standing there waiting and at least said i will be with you shortly.. You should always acknowledge you customers and never allow a friend to come in and jump to the front of the line while customer have to endure your friendly chatter.. So very unprofessional

Tried to return an item that didnt work at all for my car, and was in perfect condition, but was told I cant because it was open, how are u supposed to know if it will fit if u cant open it and told that its the right item. Im not to mad about the 13$ that I am now out, Im more upset with the lack of common sense and poor customer service, wont be shopping there again, highly recommend shopping at Autozone

If i could give zero start they would get that! The guy name STEVE is the most rude and unhelpful person at that store. He wouldnt go outside because there was supposedly people inside. But then another customer came in and he went outside with him and it was full inside. I will never go to this store again.
