My parents were traveling from Florida back to North Carolina when the altenator went out on their vehicle. I called Advance Auto Parts 5498 New Jesup Highway Brunswick Ga and spoke with Zach on the phone. He was very professional and quick to help. He had the parts to fix my parents car in stock and had it pulled and ready for them to pick up and even helped them get a mechanic to install the parts on Saturday. Every time I shop at Advance Auto Parts it is always very professional !!! Thank you to Zach for a great job.

Told us they closed at 6 but when we went back at 4:30 they were closed,this was the day before hurricane Matthew hit and we had to evacuate but needed a special tool to fix our vehicle we needed that refund for the tool loan.
