NEGATIVE ZERO RATING!!!! Do not use! Find another supplier! Arrogant terrible customer reps!!! (if we knew other online reviews gave them a D rating we would have never used them) Worst b2b service in over 38 years of doing business! Terrible customer service and management! Always pull wrong parts and cost our shop hours of labor and lost revenue!!! Have contacted management without any response or resolve... They do not care about the small customer!!!! Response to the parts house: Human Resources??? Seriously? What does HR have to do with operations and local parts house offices? Such moot response proves that the parts house does not take customers seriously and the people at the top are unaware of or do not care to deal with customer issues, its called passing the buck! Since we began dealing with Oreillys we have had BETTER pricing and NO BS!
