This place is great, came in with a 2005 focus and Dave, one of the managers, helped me fir about an hour with my headlights, blinkers and tail lights. Being someone who has worked with and known the frustrations that come with a retail job, he was very upbeat, and even though we ran into some new problems, he kept working through them. Now i know where i need to go to fix the current issues. If I have any minor issues/check ups/fluids needed for my vehicle, I will be giving my service this auto zone again.

Called to check on a part availability at this specific store with the part number right from their own website. Salesman on the phone quoted $22 higher than what was listed on the site for the same part. Then when I stated that is was less on the website, he was rude and told me to buy it from their site then because if I come there then it will cost more. Staff is rude and not very helpful.

You know its bad when i had to take my time out to do this..In short Ordered me the wrong parts, gave false advise, and today I was told I couldnt return something because the seal was punctured and when my brother went up there and showed it wasnt punctured after waisting time and gas they returned it. If you dont know what your talking about honesty is the best answer.

The only AutoZone I will go to. Every time I come in I know Im leaving with the answer to the questions I came in with. Take there time to actually help you and let you understand whats going on and the best way to fix it. The staff is incredibly professional. Stop by and see for yourself. They will never try to sell you something you dont need only the necessary.

Prices seem high compared to Advanced Auto and Summit Racing. People inside are decent.
