An absolute joke. Watched a couple in front of me ask how long it would take to completely change out their flat tire. Ladies response- "we cant quote a time to ya" followed up by a "it may take all day." .... just to put a new tie on... God forbid their employees get something done in a timely manor.

The worse customer service ever. They told us they dont have what we need with out looking at their computer. One employee was Facebooking. She was looking as nasty pictures. (I could see her phone screen.)
