I myself appreciate Cold Stone but think a smarter person would go to Whole Foods which has a ton of better selections at less than half the price (we feed 6)... Talenti, Greaters, Ben and Jerrys, Twins, and their own 365 brand (just to name a few) is pretty much all an ice cream nut really needs... The only reason I gave it a single star was to drive down the 5 star, 5 consecutive vote, rampage by "Google User" 3 years ago... Only 1 vote please.

You pay a premium price for the ice cream at Coldstone, you expect a good return for your money spent. Instead you receive sub-par service and receive ice cream that is missing ingredients that you requested. The young employees are too worried about flirting with the high school boys rather than taking care of the customers.

Pricey ice cream , place was all dirty from the outside to inside of store , out of waffles cones in a Sunday !!!! And didnt want to make more waffle cones.superrrrrrr slow services , we waited in the line to order our ice cream about 45 mins . If Sunday is their busiest day , they need to be prepared for it .

This place is busy, busy, busy any warm evening. Service was fast though once reaching the counter. And they did explain as ordering what would incur extra charges. A good place for ice cream, though a little pricey. But it is the good stuff!

Dont waste your time. I paid $15.00 for two things of ice cream. The flavor was disgusting and the idiots didnt put what I wanted in the Ice Cream. I tried to contact corporate about the problem but their email does not work.

Was just here a few days ago. I love coldstone. Same great service as always but my ice cream was freezer burned. Just complete ruined the experienced. Hope this was a one-time thing.
