Cold Stone has great ice cream and usually very friendly staff. I love the way they mix everything together (ice cream plus "mix-ins", which would elsewhere be called toppings) so that one gets all the flavors in each bite. My favorite is the Cheesecake Fantasy with banana instead of blueberries and added almonds (extra charge to add mix-ins). If youve never been to a Cold Stone, you should know that the staff is forced to greet you when you enter and to SING if you tip them. I highly recommend tipping them, but I either sneak it into the jar when no ones looking, or I put it in while whispering to the cashier, "Dont sing." (Im sure there are some folks who LOVE to sing every chance they get, and if they want to, of course I dont mind. Just dont want them to have to.) So, other than humiliating their employees, this place is great! The staff at this location are reasonably friendly but not saccharine. In my few experiences here, they do their jobs very well. I never have to tell them my order more than once, and theyve gotten it perfect each time. Some locations have a nice little patio to sit outside. This location is, to my mind, better to get your treat to go, as its very busy and the view is not particularly pleasant.

This was my first visit to Cold Stone and it was great. I tried the Cookie Doughnt You Want Some. It was very rich and super sweet. We ordered the smallest size, the like it, and it felt like a ton of ice cream. Both of us were barely able to finish our portions, but we managed anyways. There were quite a few people in line but the three employees managed to get the line through fairly quickly and efficiently. None of them were particularly friendly but I think that was probably due to all the hustle and bustle of the long line. The parking lot here is pretty full since its next to a Chipotle. They have a few tables for seating, which happened to be full when we came in. But by the time we were through the line, several tables had freed up. We had a nice first visit here and will definitely be back in the future.

Absolutely love the ice cream! Oreo Overload with Oreo Creme in place of Sweet Cream is my favorite, hands down! This specific store is a little small, with only a few tables for seating. It gets quite busy so that those tables and the floor are generally not kept spotless in my experience. However, the employees are almost always cheerful and happy to assist you!

Rotten Mothers Day dessert! Of course it was slammed with customers, however, there wasnt even a tablespoon of hot fudge on my ice cream. So disappointed and I couldnt take it back. The line was out the door. Never going back.

One of the best Cold Stones you will ever go to! Their prices are lower than what you will pay at some other Cold Stones as well! The service has always been quick and the ice cream is always good.

Really great tasting ice cream, but todays was really runny, so runny they put it in a larger container. The staff were exceptionally friendly. Overall it was a good experience.

Can be expensive but you cant beat some of their set flavor combinations. Love the birthday cake one (ask to add cake pieces) and their peanut butter or Reeses options.
