This was my first time doing business with this cake company. They gave me the impression that they know what they was doing and the my cake will be out of this world. The day I needed the cake for my sisters party (who was turning 21), the way they decorate the cake was not what I order. It looked like a kiddy, easter cake and the cake was for a 21 year old! I waited an additional 4 or 5 hours for them to get it right (with my strict instruction ofcourse). They finally got the design right but when it was time to sing "Happy Birthday" to my sister and to cut the cake..........IT WAS CHOCOLATE WHEN I ORDERED VANILLA! MY SISTER HATES CHOCOLATE! SHE DIDN'T EAT HER OWN CAKE! MATTER OF FACT NOBODY DID! I was so ANGRY and I did get my money back. It was first and last time do business with them!

Horrible! This was the worst experience I have ever had. I paid extra money for a special color and design and I got an extremely small cake with basically no design and the wrong color. People at the wedding thought this cake was fake since it was so tiny. When we spoke to the owner Beatrice she was extremely rude and condescending. I would never advise anyone to buy their cakes here. Try to get a better quality cake and much more elite customer service.

If it allowed me not to click on any stars thats what I would give this cake company. Not only did they screw up our cake entirely, but after finally getting the owner to agree to give me a refund she gives me a check that has no funds and bounced. Now I find myself having to sue the owner just to get my money back. Stay away from this company.
