My rating is based on my experience inquiring about purchasing a cake. Its about going with my gut instinct with first impressions. I went personally to the bakery location to inquire about their cake options. They dont have a list of prices and such listed online or at their shop. A young lady walked to the back several times to ask someone about my inquiry. Why the person in charge didnt come out to speak directly with me about cake and quote is not customer savy. The person in the back that I never saw quoted me $260 for a small cake with basic flavors (chocolate amd vanilla) and buttercream frosting. I decided its not worth the cost, especially if I consider the most recent reviews posted on here. Thankfully I can bake and decorate my own cakes and save some money. I was hoping I could spend time doing other preparations. I was willing to pay, but their so-so customer (2 stars because thats not an average of 3 star quality) service made the quote seem like too much of a risk. Maybe youll have better luck with customer service. I cant review on product but others on here seem split.

"HORRIBLE SERVICE " No professionalism of any kind!!! I wish I would not have had their cake at our wedding. First of all, we spent days looking for our cake topper, the day of the wedding the person who delivered the cake dropped the topper which scattered, so no topper on the cake at the wedding. The cake was much simpler than I had originally picked and WAY SMALLER!!! To add insult to injury, they offered to replace the topper with another which never happened after several phone calls and even two visits, telling us in our own face that that was not a big deal, really? Obviously they just didnt care. Elite cake, we understand that this is your business and you want to make money no matter what, but for us this was one of the Most special days of our lives and unfortunately that incident and the way you handled it tarnished the memory. We are very regret we picked this place to cater our wedding. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!!! :(

I ordered a small cake from this vendor for my fiancés birthday and to sample the vendor as consideration for our upcoming wedding. The cake was supposed to be ready at 10am for my fiancés birthday party and it took 40 minutes for an employee to answer the door. 20 minutes to get anyone on the phone and over an hour since arrival to get the cake. No preemptive phone call no apologies. No explanation. If they cant handle a birthday cake I would not trust them to handle a wedding cake. Im fuming! To top it off it was sloppy and not decorated as discussed. there was purple dye splashed onto the blue snd white decorative toppings. I just didnt have the time to fuss any more to make them correct something they obviously could have seen themselves.

" Harley Davidson Birthday Party" May 7th. I was recommended by one of my best friends that has used them before and I trust her opinion and let me tell you Elite Cake creations made me the most amazing and delicious red velvet with buttercream filling cake. I am very picky when it comes to red velvet cake because usually people make it dry and that was my fear but they did an exceptional job, it was so moist and flavorful that all my guest ate the whole cake. The staff gave me great customer service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Best money Ive spent on a cake. Thank you!!!

I am a sweet lover and I found Elite Cake Creations in Cooper City thru a friend who uses them regularly. I have to say this is the most delicious cake I have ever tasted in my life!!! Every bite I took of this cake was amazingly delish! I cant wait to get our holiday cake and for sure I do recommend this company to everyone. Plus their service is superb! I am very happy to have found them.

Horrible. Do not use these people. They will promise you a beautiful cake exactly how you want it and then deliver something you didnt even ask for. Had 2 cakes delivered for my wedding, gave them a picture of what it was supposed to look like and what they delivered was nothing like the picture and a second one wasnt the flavor of cake or filling we ask for. We regret using them.

Fantastic cake. Id give them 10 stars if I could. Although its been nearly 3 years since we had Elite do our wedding cake, we still remember it. Our cake was a gift, and when we tasted it for the famous "bride & groom" cake cutting pic we both were like...WOW! Call Beatriz & Elite for a great family owned cake biz. Made with love Im sure!

Had my House Warming party last weekend and Elite Creations did my cake ... Never disappointing, always on point. I sent a picture of what i wanted, and OMG they did a freaking AWESOME job, AMAZING. Everyone loved my cake. My cake was the talk of the night !!! Thank you Beatriz, youre AWESOME !!!

Elite cakes have done two cakes for me and both were amazing. My daughters 16th birthday cake was decorated to perfection. The second cake was my wedding cake, it was a 3 tiered with real orchids, it was exactly as we discussed, and it was just as delicious as it was beautiful.

Horrible customer service, they gave my sister the wrong cake for her birthday and was told by them to "eat it". She ended up being ripped off because the cake was less than what she paid for. Disgusting service makes for unpleasant cakes. Avoid this lousy place at all cost.
