Poor Customer Service Will not provide you with the FLAVOR requested nor The quality of Ice Cream you see display instead will give you a GENERIC brand Ice cream from the BACK which you do not see what brand is it a NOT what you pay For it. A lesser quality. Which does not have the flavor youve paid for upon request. Find another Carvel that takes better care of their Customers.

I all ways go there for bithdays holidays , even sometimes you just want to have fun so we just go there it is an amazing service we always go there our family loves it Im only a child but I know this is the best one I ever saw been to and visited ever
