Its an experience alright, but not a good one. Vanilla Yogurt was bland as could not taste the vanilla, it tasted like...nothing. Asked for a couple of more strawberries and told, they couldnt do it because friend had already taken a bite. My blueberry and pineapple smoothie was awful. 99.9% chunks of ice and so I had to put some flavored coffee syrup in it at home to make it drinkable. Deeply disappointed...will not go again. It was an $11.00 experience of how not to believe hype!

LOUSY. I got vanilla ice cream in a waffle cone with rainbow sprinkles. The ice cream was mediocre, the cone tasted fake, and the sprinkles were crunchy like hard plastic. The staff was rude and greedy to say the least. They did a stupid song and dance singing about tipping them so theyll give you more gross toppings. I was so annoyed with everything I smushed my ice cream cone into the window and left. Ill stick to Mom & Pop ice cream places over this fake commercial establishment.

I havent been to a Cold Stone in years. This location is very popular. When we arrived we were surprised by the level of noise inside. Between a very loud cooler and some very noisy, energetic guests in front of us it made for a lively, if not slightly chaotic atmosphere. The ice cream was ok, but Ive had far better. The employees are very happy and helpful. Overall the experience was enjoyable, but I would not go out of my way to go get Cold Stone ice cream.

I went to this place to purchase a few of the large "Everybody" container of ice cream and when i got home i discovered that the containers were just half full and it was deceptively packed to look like it was full. I will never go back there as i got just half the ice cream i paid for even though I gave them a generous tip....Poor customer service also

I took my grandkids a week ago and it was really a pleasant experience. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only thing is that they dont have many tables and we had to eat outside on the benches. The ice cream, delicious!

This ice cream shop is clean and well maintained. The Quality of the ice cream and toppings were top notch! The Staff was very friendly and fast and they even sang a funny song every time you put something in their tip jar!

The ice cream selections are delicious and filling! The atmosphere is high energy but a little too loud on the staff side. It was hard to order when there is too much noise. Definitely the place to go to get a yummy treat!

We Love this place! Steps away from our house, and open late on weekends! We try a different mix every time, and never had a bad try:) Service is good usually, Place is always clean and fresh.
