Worst Dairy Queen EVER. Yesterday was Free Cone Day, and what did they do? This particular franchisee decided that he would only honor this NATIONAL offer inside his store-- not at the drive-thru. Thanks for "surprising and delighting" this loyal customer, DQ! Dont worry, I let Corporate know all about it. I always go through the drive-thru, so today wasnt any different. The line was long, so I waited 30 minutes before attempting to place my order. Then "John" told me that the free cones were only inside. I said that none of the ads all over the internet specified that and told him to forget it. I then was stuck in the line another 15 minutes. When I got to the window, big hairy John (who looks like a homeless guy with a 6-inch long grey beard that should NOT be around any food) and his nose-pierced protege explained that there was a sign on the speaker. On the speaker??? You mean the one that I got to after 30 minutes of waiting in line??? And they said that they decided to do it this way because last year a lot of people were scamming them by going through both the drive-thru and the lobby. Well, guess what? If this is what they think of their customers, they shouldnt even be dealing with the public. NOT ALL CUSTOMERS ARE GOING TO STEAL YOUR PRECIOUS CONES, JOHN (which is probably not even your real name). Paranoid much? And if they have such specific rules, they should include them in the ads. Otherwise its false advertising! They wasted 45 minutes of my time for NOTHING, and then they suggested I go and wait in line inside for even longer. AND...they didnt even apologize! They had no respect for me or my time-- just nasty attitudes and horrible customer service. I then went to Burger King and got a vanilla cone for less than a dollar (over 70% less than I usually pay at DQ for the same thing!). It was just as good or better than DQs, and I got excellent customer service! NEVER again, DQ. Youre not worth the aggravation! And besides, I wouldnt want to risk ever finding Johns long grey hair in my food! Disgusting. P.S. For Rick, whose review says, "They never say no." Oh, please! You must be related to them. I hope these reviews are verified.

Vanilla soft serve was tasteless. I mentioned this to the proprietor and he blamed Dairy Queen corporate. I dont care about what your national chain is doing wrong (Ive never had an issue with DQs soft serve before, I love it actually) but I do care about what you are going to do to make it right. He simply said I should have asked for a sample before I made him make the sundae. I didnt have the option for a refund or to exchange of what is a pile of tasteless milk-based glop covered in peanut butter sludge. This is coming from the guy who has Oreo smores blizzards prices the same as anything else but will charge you $.99 for some graham cracker crumble because its not on the list of approved blizzards and he wont dare substitute because "things cost different and it would make it too expensive". I do financial valuations all day long. Dont lecture me about how your concerns with 3 cents worth of topping keeps you from the great customer service Ive had at literally every other DQ in the country. I will not be back.

Hello everybody.. PLEASE READ THIS.... the manager the guy with the white beard, I saw him spit on my ice cream.. as I was waiting at drive through.. I went inside to see prices and I saw the guy with the white beard spit on my ice cream.. I honestly saw this guy with my own eye and freaked out... how can somebody do that, specially the manager... please hope this gets seen... becareful with your order.. if you bother them the manager spit us on our food...

If I could give zero stars I would. To the previous post who said they saw the bearded guy spit in the ice cream: Id believe it!! That guy is horribly rude. Worst customer service Ive experienced in a long time. If you have a complaint they will give you every excuse and gang up on you as if youre wrong, rather than having a happy customer. The only thing this place has going for them is the drive thru- for their service Id rather go to McDonalds!!!

WARNING ****** Nasty employees especially the manager with the white beard. Very rude I came back because the ice cream milk was spoiled on my blizzard and my daughters and he thru me out of the store screaming . I will never return and everyone I meet at my place of employment, a hospital Located right by the store I tell them what happened to me.

Horrible customer services, the guy with white beard who said is the manager, start screaming at me to close the door when I was getting out one of the frozen cakes from the freezer, he dont let me explained that I was getting the one behind, he is so rude and disgusting, the place looks dirty. Never coming back.

They have a drive thru thats open an hour longer than the normal business hours. Most days it closes at 11 pm and on the weekends its open until midnight.
