I like the store and what it has to offer. it always is well stocked and clean. Prices are higher but with higher prices I would expect some level of customer service. I will have to say I have never seen a store manager. They could use one that can instill customer service values on their employees. It seems like its a bother for them to assit you whether you are in the seafood, meat or deli counters. I will say the lady who prepares the sushi is phenomenal. After she had already cleaned up her area and looked like she was preparing to leave for the day she fixed an order of sushi for a customer because they were out of a specific one. I am only giving 3 star specifically due the poor customer service.

Yes the food is great, but the customer service is severely lacking. I gave it quite a few tries (because everyone has their off days) but its the same everytime. Go to the bakery and they yell from the back "What can I get you?". Um I dont know, how about come to the counter and help me? Or just say "Ill be right with you". Come on seriously. I wont be back, taking my money to Publix.

Its a good Grocery store, but should watch themselves for reports like these... I went in one day and we were getting a pound of bacon, Something very simple. We get our pound, and without any "Is that all?" He leaves the counter. Other than impoliteness, this chain is great. I respect organic stores like these. The food selection is just smaller than publix but will get the job done.

Awesome store! Their produce is so fresh and they have great meat specials weekly. I have dietary restrictions/ allergies and I shop here for my gluten free and dairy free foods. They have a wide selection. I was just told that in a couple of weeks, they will be getting over 600 new products! I cant wait to see what they are!

Really shady stuff going on at this store. Food prep is horrifying and Im surprised people arent constantly getting food poisoning. Raw meat is prepped, then ready-to-eat is prepped right on the same area without any cleaning. Salmonella factory. Youre better off spending 1/10 at a fast food drive through.

Surprised Asheville NC has a better selection than the two here in Florida. Both are a good drove away from my new home in South Florida but I try to stock up on my specialty items as well as fresh produce. I love the specials and the outstanding staff! The deli employees are wonderful!

I had a discrepancy with a price at the register and Cindy Krueger was so accomodating. I was fine with the answer but she went above and beyond to make certain I was satisfied. I really appreciated that. And the guys loved ALL the food I brought home from there for SuperBowl! :)

Ive bought the coconut crusted mahi mahi for the last 6 months , last week I had a piece that was unbelievable and I realized all the other times the fish was not fresh it all.. " and this is the fresh market" I will go elsewhere for fish from now on! Very disappointed

LOVE this place!!! Wish we had one near where I live. Great value, perfect for the traveler who wants to have a healthy meal. They have a great variety of prepared microwave items you can purchase and take back to your hotel. AWESOME PLACE, I cant say enough about it.

The specials they have are amazing! Every week its something new. Just last week they had New York Strip on sale for $4.99 a pound. So I stocked up! Fresh vegetables are beautiful and nicely displayed offering you organic in almost all categories.

Was disappointed that there was no wheat grass, organic keifer, or salted roasted pumpkin seeds. Store was clean. Fish looked tasty. Just didnt find the things I was specifically looking for.

Clean. Best canned whipped cream ever. Good bakery. Good selection of yogurts. Good bulk section (no grains or flours, just nuts, trail mixes, etc). Great deal on a half chicken meal!

It is a nice store, but the prices are extremely high. Watermelon is $7.99 each. All over town they are 3 and 4 dollars. Right off the truck they are $2.
