This is an interesting experience. Loads of stuff at rock-bottom prices (some of which is past its date, but so what?), some stuff seriously OVERpriced, some of which youve heard of, and some of which you havent. I dont know that you could do a full grocery shop here unless you were really flexible with your list, but if you just need a couple of quick things, its a convenient place to have around. The coffee and deli are both great :)

Great local grocery store! This location has been recently remodeled, and includes a cafe where you can get coffee and sandwiches, with a bar and additional seating area. They offer artisan cheeses, fresh produce, a bakery, beer, wine, and lots of discount food items. The only downside with the discount items is their selection constantly changes, and can be hit or miss if youre looking for a specific product.

Nice store! Since this is a discounted grocer, be sure to check expiration dates. The staff were super nice and they have a nice selection considering much of it is fluctuating. They have mostly a healthy /natural selection and also have a nice alcohol selection. Theres even an area with sandwiches, juice, coffee, and smoothies. Theyre also expanding to have a pizza oven, tap room, and other areas.

I like the Black Mountain location more but I have noticed that there are a few items you can find here more easily than the other store. Such as a larger inventory of snacks , better cereal selection and the milk as well as the hummus the local black bean which is difficult to get at the other store. Overall nice layout , I do like the layout of the chese and meat departments.

This place is amazing. All kinds of past-date and discounted food items. from chocolate to produce to frozen foods. Large selection of snacks. The staff is always friendly and fun. Great grocery store for people of all diet types, organic and healthy foods for about half the cost.

Horrible customer service, changes the price of things how it suits them, asked basic info like what coffee they sell and SEVERAL people had no clue. Most stuff is past expiration and nasty but overpriced. Im done shopping here, mainly due to the crappy customer service.

I like this place, its quirky, for lack of a better descriptor. You can get most of your provisions here but they will likely not be your usual brand. Watch the produce for freshness and do check the expiration dates as that is one way they have the low prices they do.

Going to Hopey and Co. is always a great pleasure. I can almost always find something new to try with each visit. I recommend you to visit for the reduced prices, unique selections, welcoming atmosphere, and excellent quality service.

Great $deals, fresh produce, and quiet. I dread going to the grocery store because of the crowds but Hopey&Co. is a calm place to shop for decent products. Watch out for the "all natural" labels that jack up their price.

Money savings! Groceries at reasonable prices, check dates on perishable stuff. This location has meat counter and wine. Small deli and coffee bar. Great place to shop for those on a tight budget!

This has long been in our grocery shopping repertoire. Great organic labels that are at date for ridiculously lower prices than what youd pay retail. Yogurt is probably their best value.
