The cart corrals at the Heath, Ohio Kroger, 910 Hebron Road are all located only three parking spaces from the front of the store. There are no corrals further away. As a result, many patrons who park at spots further away from the store, leave their carts in the open parking spots. Have suggested repeatedly that management either order additional corrals, or move half of the existing corrals further out, the way they are at Giant Eagle and all other Kroger stores in the area. Some employees moved a few of the corrals further out once, but management had them moved back. Ive attempted to pull into parking spots numerous times, only to encounter a shopping cart blocking the spot. Additional corrals or moving half of the existing corrals seem like very easy solutions to improve the shopping experience.

The prices are not as good as they say. If you can find the listed price. Many items you dont know how much it costs. Ali has much better hamburger, soups are high priced. You just have to spend alot of time looking for good deals. It is difficult to get a weeks worth of groceries for under a $150.00.

New barista at the Starbucks provided very prompt service, and prepared my coffee orders faster then any Starbucks Ive visited in many years. Will definitely be returning. Previously, getting a coffee here beforr work was a 20 minute endevor.

Giant eagle doesnt have Lowes gift cars, but Kroger does! Kroger is a LOT less expensive than Giant Eagle, the pharmacy is fast and everyone is always friendly when I go in. I honestly cant say Ive ever had a bad experience here!

Produce is some of the worst of any store around. Beer selection is okay at best. Stores seems dirty, old and neglected. Meat area had meat juice sitting in bottom of chicken breast display. Im in no hurry to return here.

Horrible experience at pharmacy. Techs not knowledgeable. Told no rx for me...i told tech it was just called in. Pharmacist found rx. Tech did not know phone number for pharmacy.

I put the stuff on the line the way I wanted it bagged. The person who bagged my groceries put the heavy things on top of my fruits and vegetables. Kinda disappointed.
