This place is extremely unprofessional. I would not recommend leaving anything valuable with them unless you would like to spend the next 2 weeks chasing them down when they never answer their phone, their voicemail is always full, they dont open according to the times they say they are going to open, and the only way you can enter is if they buzz you in like youve landed on the wrong side of town. When you do finally make it in, they have little time to concern themselves with YOUR needs. After all who are you, your just asking for their service. They will make you wait while they handle the unorganized nature of their store, answering the phone even though your standing right in front of them, and then when you care to tell them your disappointed they will honestly not care at all, and disrespect you in front of other customers. Embarrassing, and totally unprofessional. I am very disappointed I was referred here, and I will be sure to share with the other stores my dissatisfaction. Hire an employee that understands how to return phone calls on time, that can open your store on time, and that can show kindness to customers. Treating customers like this is NOT okay! You have a great thing going, please understand other peoples time is just as important as yours. Remember Kindness Matters. God Bless

I wouldnt get my jewelry made or maintained anywhere other than with Frank! He pays attention to the details and really shows how much he cares to have you. He made me a gorgeous engagement ring, a gorgeous set of diamond earings, and always is quick to help when we come in with an issue or concern with our jewelry pieces.
