I called a week in advance to make an appointment for the following Saturday to have my husbands wedding ring sized, while I wait. I normally take everything up to Diamond Gold Source in Clearwater and they do it while I wait, however I dont like the drive and thought I would find someone local. I arrived at 2pm, my appointment time and the young man behind the counter was less than friendly, he informed me to have the ring sized it would cost $225. I asked why so much? His reply was its a while you wait service. I said I dont think so. The following Saturday I made the drive to Clearwater and paid $85 to have the same ring sized while I waited. $225 is extremely high to have a ring sized while you wait or not. Very expensive and will not return. :(

Having never bought any expensive jewelry before I was apprehensive about getting quality for a good price. Before visiting Jess Jewelers I went to 3 different types of places from chain stores to smaller stores and experienced high pressure sales tactics with no regard for my satisfaction or owners who wanted to push me only into the little inventory they had. Jess Jewelers was very different! I was greeted right away by Ken and after telling him what I was looking for and my budget he showed me different options and took the time to answer my questions. I never felt pressured and found the perfect ring. In a day and age where customer service is hard to find this place still provides it. It was truly a pleasure to do business here.

My fiance and I started here as we first began to look for engagement and wedding rings. We had so much fun trying things on with the manager, who was awesome! He honed in on my tasted right off the bat and had a great selection of rings! We decided to keep looking just to see what else was out there (since it was literally the first jewelry store we walked into), but we ended up coming back and I couldnt be more thrilled! If you purchase your engagement ring here, they will clean it for you anytime over the lifetime of the ring... no charge. They have a wide range of price points and treated us like millionaires, even though our budget was on the lower side. I cant say enough good about them! You wont be disappointed here!

I will always be a loyal Jess customer. I bought diamond hoops that I loved in the store but after a couple of weeks of wearing them realized they werent for me. I had some personal things come up which delayed my going back to return them within the thirty days but due to the exigent circumstances they exchanged them for studs that I love. I know that they didnt have to since the delay was my fault and in this day and age many businesses would have not bent the rules for me. I will always be greatful for the customer service that was shown to me, not to mention the outstanding quality of the jewelry!

Boy was my girlfriend/fiance thrilled on Christmas morning. She loves Guy Harvey items and I purchased her a new Guy Harvey necklace..., but underneath was a diamond engagement ring. Not the biggest stone, but a beautiful stone. Tom and Ken gave me great advice. Better yet, Jess gave me an incredible deal. Their new store is beautiful and their staff really gets it. I was very disappointed in the customer service that I received at Jess Jewelers. This companys reputation is very strong in our community, but I was thoroughly unimpressed. The young guy that helped me was not very polite and the only reasoning for not completing the requested repairs I was given was "it is too difficult". I will not be returning for any jewelry repairs, purchases, etc.
