When my husband said he wanted to get me a special ring for our 10th anniversary I started looking. When I was in NY I saw a woman with a beautiful ring on her finger and had to ask her about it. She told me Michael at Trinity Jewelers in FL made it for her. She gave me his info. I kept looking for the perfect ring. In fact it was now coming up on our 11th anniversary (and now living in FL) that I took a trip, almost two hours, to Trinity Jewelers. Michael and Maryanna were so friendly, knowledgeable and patient with me as we looked at different settings. Michael sent me ideas he thought I would like and then sent me an email saying he had a ring he thought I would really like. My husband and I took the trek to the store and were amazed at the beauty of piece. It was so worth the wait to work with Trinity Jewelers on the ring of my dreams; The quality, the service, the price, everything. I will happily be making the trip to this store for all my jewelry needs from now on.

Friendly and helpful, its nice to have a local jeweler I can count on and trust. I had my dive watch rebuilt several years ago for about 1/4 of what a new one would have cost, didnt even know that was possible. Have bought several pieces for my wife, some are her favorite and some I have had to return because she did not like them. Either way they are always helpful finding the right piece even if I if we had to look up in one of the their many catalogs. I used to go to another local jeweler but they would not allow me to return anything, so glad I found Trinity Jeweler. After seeing many other satisfied customers getting repairs and having custom jewelry made I have decided to have them make some custom pieces from old jewelry. Trinity Jewelers is the only place I would trust.

BLUF: Trinity absolutely deserves their 5-star rating and is the best jewelry store I have ever worked with. After two years of frustrating problems and faulty repairs with my wifes engagement ring with multiple big name jewelry companies, Michael was the first jeweler we ever actually got to talk to in person and was by far the most knowledgeable. After we explained the issues with the ring, he was able to duplicate the look of the setting using the old settings diamonds and a vastly superior build quality and design. AND he did it for significantly less $ than the original company would have charged us! Even if you arent looking for a custom design, I would definitely go to Trinity first.

My wife Tammy and I wanted to have a special ring made. We wanted to deal with real people not some chain. We had gold that was very special to us and wanted to make sure it was used to create our ring. We found Trinity Jewelers online and after reading the reviews we visited them. They listened to our ideas and helped us design the perfect ring. They hand crafted our ring doing everything they said they would. I wanted to get some items engraved for the groomsmen in my wedding. Of course I waited until the last minute to find someone to engrave the items. I cant say what the item is because some of the guys might look at my google review. I can say that the surface that I needed engraved was very odd but the owner/engraver at Trinity Jewelers said he could do it and he delivered. I told him when I needed it done by and they got it done just as promised. They look great. I cant wait to give them to my groomsmen. This place is family owned and the owners are very friendly and accommodating. I will definitely come back in the future!

I went to Trinity Jewelers recently to talk to Michael about building a custom engagement ring. The whole process from beginning to end was absolutely amazing! He was so helpful in putting together exactly what I was looking for, and the end result was absolute stunning! His attention to detail is amazing, and the service level simply cant be beat. I spent a month looking at engagement rings online and at different stores. There were many that I liked, but none that I loved. Then, I came in to Trinity Jewelers and they showed me a couple of engagement bands, and I instantly fell in love. They have a much wider selection of styles than most stores and carry rings that are different than what youd find at Kay or Jareds. They even helped me pick out a stone and set it into the band. Over all a great experience.

Came in to have my rings rhodium plated for my wedding, my bracelet plated, a watched sized, and chain necklace fixed. They did an amazing job. All of my stuff looks brand new, a lot of other places wouldnt even touch my bracelet and it has a lot of sentimental value to me, everything was done the next day and was very affordable. They really do excellent work, they look better then when I bought them. I will most definitely recommend and return.

Knowledgeable, efficient, trustworthy. Treated me so much better than the big name company I went to first, and the jewelry I got was FAR better quality. They explained more about my old ring in five minutes (and why it had been falling apart and morphing and changing colors) than anyone else I talked to for years. Then, they recreated it exactly how I had wanted in the first place, without the problems. Its beautiful.
