My friend is surprising his wife of 14 years with another proposal and asking her to marry him all over again. However, the ring was pretty hard to track down and have resized in order to meet with the date. One of your Kay Jewelry Consultants went out of her way to make sure my friend had his ring to give to his wife at their anniversary dinner. You have most definitely stepped up to high class in my book Kay Jewelers!! Keep up the great customer service!!! Hope i get to meet those two young ladies who helped my friend out **hugs** thanks ladies!!

My friend went there to buy an anniversary ring and they said that it wont arrived on time for their anniversary, so the workers went out of their way just to pick up the ring from another store and they got the ring on time of my friends anniversary. Great customer service!
