I have been trying to get the wedding band for my engagement ring and the incompetent employees who work there have no idea what they are doing! I went in and talked to a young man who told me that they do not carry my band in store anymore but he can have it ordered. He told me he would call me within a few days to let me know when to expect my band. Well a week went by and I havent heard anything. I called the store and the woman on the phone was downright rude and horrible to me. She told me there was no record of ever having ordered this and maybe I should call back when the guy was working. I asked her when he worked and she said she couldnt disclose that information to me. So I asked her to leave a message from me to him. I waited a few more days and still nothing. So I went in there in person. They told me they would have to special order it and they would call me AGAIN. OF course a week goes by and still nothing! I found the band on the Kays website so my fiance went in himself and talked to them. They gave him a piece of paper saying they special ordered this band and our Kays account would be reduced by the cost of the band. That was 3 months ago! Still havent gotten anything and still no one knows anything at the store. When you look our account up online it shows nothing on order or anything being charged to our account. What is going on at this store?? Worthless people just wasting your time is what! If I didnt need this specific band I would take my business elsewhere. I even had to postpone my wedding over this incompetence. I would never recommend this jewelry store to anyone!

The manager at Kay Jewelers in Indian Mound Mall is a nasty individual and cares nothing for integrity or decency. I was going to purchase a ring from a private party and simply was looking for authenticity. Rather than receive this information this person poached the transaction and was very nasty and snide with her remarks. I wouldnt get anything from this store even if it were free because of this person and their behavior. Oh, and did I mention she did all this during the holiday season... nice work Ms.Davidson!

My sales woman was great. Too bad she is selling junk! Wedding ring was worn for less than 24 hours and two diamonds fell out! And their "warranty" is a waste of money! Have not missed a 6 month service, 3 months later, more diamonds are missing! Stay away for this one!

Horrible service. My fiances ring was sent out to be resized with mine and after spending 20 mins trying to find it, hers was delayed, mine was back. They gave us a promise date of 2 weeks and its now been almost 3... the lady we talked to yesterday was very rude.

Went in to look at wedding rings with my boyfriend and the lady told us about a free necklace/earring giveaway. She was very nice and made the visit very enjoyable. We are going back next week to buy a ring outright.

Necklace broke few hours after I got it. Should not have to purchase a $60 warranty for a $200 piece of jewelry that breaks hours after I get it. Do NOT recommend.
