My advice for anyone looking for a great custom engagement ring experience – go to Les Olson! I chose Les Olson because my sister had a great experience having her ring made with them. It was beautiful, just what she wanted and at the right price. When we arrived for our first appointment (which was easily made on their website), we were greeted very warmly by Julie and she was able to help us and answer all of our questions. We didn’t get any sales “pitches” and all the advice we were given was really good, honest advice, as if I was getting it from my aunt. She even loved the idea of using a family stone rather than trying to sell us something “nicer” or “new”. We walked away from that appointment feeling very good about our choice. The process of making the family stone into a custom engagement ring was amazing! Julie cared for exactly what I wanted, gave me many options, showed me dozens and dozens of ring styles, setting options, etc. that I could TRY ON and see how they looked on my finger! She listened to everything I was looking for, understood me very well and we worked together to create exactly what I wanted (and she helped me FIGURE OUT exactly what I wanted!) Then Bob, one of the owners, created a 3D life-like rendering of the exact ring I wanted, and from there I was able to tweak (right then) little changes I now saw I wanted to make. The final product – just amazing! I literally don’t think I could ask for anything better. It is exactly what I was going for and the experience of making it was really a pleasure with Les Olson. I recommend Les Olsen to anyone looking for jewelry, especially custom rings. And we plan to use them again for other custom rings in the future.

I cant imagine being more pleased with my experience! I had my own diamonds and was looking to have an engagement ring custom made. I had the ring made by a jeweler in St. Pete and was very unhappy with the finished product. I went to Les Olson Jewelers for some guidance/suggestions, and we decided to scrap the original ring and re-design an entirely new one. Bob, Pam and the entire staff were very sympathetic with my situation and assured me that I would be 100% satisfied with the finished product. The technology, care and detail that was put into designing the ring was very impressive to say the least. They took my ideas, put their professional spin on it, and produced a 3-dimensional image that allowed me to see, exactly, what the finished product would look like. With that being said, I was NOT prepared for what I saw when they presented the finished product....It was AMAZING!! Everyone that sees the ring is in absolute awe. I cant say enough about the staff and the product at Les Olson Jewelers!!

My family and I have been working with Bob and Pam for over 20 years. They have shared many joys, changes and celebrations of life. The jewelery they created have been representative of baptisms, 16th birthdays, graduations, engagement rings for my daughter and my son, wedding bands and special designs to wear to their wedddings. Jewelry repairs, custom sizing and more, their staff greets you with a smiling face when you step through the door. They have repaired my rings with extra care; custom made one for my Grandma, Stop by to browse the glass cases and their prices will have you saying “hurrah!” A master jeweler Les Olson is, and one I trust a lot. If you are looking for extra special service, I recommend you give them a shot!

Went in there to look for something special for my wife for our 30th anniversary and the person was very impatient when I was asking about the different qualities of diamonds and karats. Its not like they had other customer to wait on. I just wanted to be sure I was getting a quality diamond. Little did they know I was ready to spend up to $7,000 but because of their attitude they lost my business forever. Will be looking elsewhere from now on.
