Just went for an engagement ring appraisal, and we are incredibly happy with the experience. Tom was a really wonderful person, and the whole process was very easy and transparent. We were initially concerned about a particular feature in my fiancees diamond, but Tom took the time to explain it and let us look at the diamond under his microscope -- he really made the experience great and put our minds at ease! Appraisal prices at Suncoast Gem Labs are very fair, and Tom put together a very comprehensive report and provided a very fair appraisal price. If you are looking to have your jewelry appraised by an independent, highly-qualified gemologist, I would absolutely recommend making an appointment at Suncoast Gem Labs -- my fiancee and I absolutely plan on making the hour drive from North Tampa to get our wedding bands appraised in a couple months!

I stopped by to get a ring sized. The store is inside a building with other stores. There is a reception desk. Thats as far as I got. I was asked who I was here to see. Suncoast gems I stated. Well they are only seeing people by appt right now. Oh okay! So she then said shed see if they could see me what did I need done? No thank you! Ill go somewhere else.
