Travel all the way from Clearwater to the Goodwill Book Store across the street behind Shell station for a good sale. Taken longer due to it was raining the whole way. I step inside and grab a book that caught my eye. Flipping through I reached for my reading glasses on my head so I can see. Shock I left them home. Quick thinking to find a Dollar Tree so I can go buy a pair . GPS says across the street. How lucky! Flew over and picked a pair. While there I picked up a few items I remembered. $7.49 total. Up at check out there are 5 people in line and so I waited at a snails pace. Not much time left for the sale at G.W. bookstore. Finally I made it to pay. Handed a $20.00 bill towards the cashier but cashier stated they are not allowed to accept $20.00 bills because manager told her because they have no $5.00s for change. What???? Its 10.30 on Saturday and you have no change?? So after 35 minutes I leave empty handed. What an amazing idea idiots, place a sign on both doors coming in so your customers who like me only carry cash arent wasting our times. Why NOT do what you can to assist your customers?? What a lousy manager! We are your customers who make your business but your actions demonstrate your poor management skills . Poor education and poor company training. You dont want my business? No problem but Im going to share your failure with every cyber media review site that I can and any other ideas I can find. Sick and tired of crappy service from retail establishments.

The store manager yelled at my kids for a mess they did not make. When I confronted her and told her that they did not make that mess and she was not professional about it, she started yelling saying that if I dealt with kids in the store like her always making a mess and spilling things I would be that way as well. I have spent a lot of money in this store over the years and will not ever again. I cant believe a store manager acted this way. This was the worst experience ever in a retail store.

If you are aware what Dollar Tree stores are all about this store wont disappoint. Everything in the store is $1 or less. This store keeps its shelves fully stocked with anything imaginable. School supplies, household goods,beauty supplies, food, candies, party supplies, etc, etc Great place to just drop in and walk out with more items than you would think.

In a time of emergency, this store closed early. We are still 48 hours away from the slightest weather issues. Their management didnt have the decency to come out and talk to us (there were 8 people outside the doors). She just shooed us away. She had just closed. If I knew her name I would suggest Dollar Tree fire her.

I went in to buy 4 greeting cards. They have a very good selection of cards. One sales associate was vacuuming and the other was at the register. The store was neat and clean. They were pleasant and I was checked out and on my way in 20 minutes. Very nice and I will go there again.

My favorite Dollar Tree in town! Clean, shelves always filled with the coolest items, and the staff are always working hard! Where did the manager Candy go? She greeted all the customers with a smile and was helpful when ever I needed something!
