WARNING This is a third party store which means that ATT can not help you in some instances. This store is understaffed and the wait times are long. My experience here was a nightmare. I tried to order a new iPhone through this store and after a week of not getting it, I cancelled the order. When I went to apple to pick up my phone rom them they couldnt activate the new phone because this ATT store had not cancelled my order from the day before. I spent another 30 min on the phone with ATT (from the apple store) while they tried to resolve the issue but could not. ATT said the only thing they could do was to add another line and give me a new number until this store cancels my order for the phone. I ended up still not getting my phone because I figured if I have to change phone numbers I might as well get rid of ATT and go with another service, but I want this resolved before I do anything. SO BUYER BEWARE avoid this trap.

Staff is clueless tried to return note 7 under recall for a galaxy 7 edge. Was told they can not take back note 7 accessories with out the original box. Who keeps a box from a crappy phone case and a screen saver refused to give me a refund. I did not want the same stuff for the new phone. Also was asked to come back in an hour so they could get there computer straight. Went back the person helping me had gone home spent 2 more hrs trying to get things straight finally a district manager came at 8:10pm and told me if I raised my voice he would not do anything for me. And that at&t would not help either all over what to them was a 5 dollar phone case I suggest some further management training loose a customer over a phone case pls poor poor management. Go to a corporate store if you really want to be taken care of.

Went I to cancel service because it was so expensive, the sales person got is to bundle service with direct t.v. wireless 3 phones and home phone. All supposed to be 330 all included and all on one bill. We are now paying for everything separately with cellphones alone being 350 a month. AT&T customer service is helping us get it all sorted out but said all of our paperwork is the worst they have ever seen. Go to another location all they care about is making the sale not making sure everything is done properly.

I went into this att location about a week ago and I was greeted at the door and was treated with the greatest customer service then I have had at other att stores . These guys were extremely professional and explain to me how much my bill will go up by getting a new phone and tablet and DirecTV! And the manager even came out and thanked me for my business which made me feel greatly appreciated ! I recommend anybody switching to att or getting and upgrade to go see these guys !

Salesman promised significant savings on bundled plan, turned out to cost way more. Salesman moved out-of-town, other salespeople say they cannot help and can only suggest contacting customer service. So I went to the other ATT store, they helped me mitigate the damage, but I am still stuck with 2 year contract. If I had gone to the other store to begin with, my review would be A+ positive. Avoid the Ruskin/Sun City Center Store. Staff is untrained and unsupervised.

I absolutely love this location. I walked in looking for a case for galaxy s8, and left with so much more! Amanda gave me a great deal on a case and a screen protector, and also helped me set up DTV Now at half the price! I told her how Spectrum decided to add $50 to my bill and that I was going to cancel my cable altogether. Thank you Amanda!

They ran my husbands credit with permission, and we are closing on a home. Then told us we had to pay 30% of our phones (close to $600). When we got home he called AT&T and they told us it was only an option, and he didnt offer us the other option of just paying the taxes.

I like this a lot for 2 reasons! 1 the staff, they are always friendly and go out of their way to help me out! 2 the location, I have yet to have end problems with parking! These guys do everything for me, my cellphone, my iPad, my TV and my security system at home!
