I bought CASEMATE phone case from this store and after two months it fell apart. I went to the manufacturer web site and it said if you bought it from an authorized seller to bring it back to the store for a refund. I went to the store and they told me they dont honor manufacturers warranties on the products they sell. They told me they refund up to 14 days and its on the receipt. On the receipt it says that applies to "apple branded equipment" - which this was not. The snotty little clerk told me (with an attitude) that he was "just the sales associate and he couldnt do nothing about it". If you go to BEST BUY and buy anything they honor the manufacturers warranty. You bring it back they replace it in the store. Also, I found the same exact case that I bought for $30 on AMAZON for $10. Dont buy accessories in this store unless you want to overpay and have a big hassle with having to go back to the manufacturer for a simple warranty claim.

Big-time liars. These people got together and stuck to their story that would "wave activation fees" if I had not of had three witnesses, and ultimately found a senior manager at ATT corporate, I would have been stuck and out of $120. The issue was that you can buy online, withOUT activation fees; I asked them to match that and they said, yep, we routinely do that. (They will probably tell you the same) the problem is that this was not only not true for me, the ATT Policy is that they should NEVER do that, but they (easily) say that they will. As I type this I am on the phone trying to resolve the final bill (which this store did not terminate properly) The culture there is bad --before it was over I got to know them enough to be sure of what I am saying. I recommend finding another store, but frankly EVERYTHING is better at Verizon. . .

Worst experience I have ever had. They promise you promotions that they do not have to get you to switch carriers, and beware that if you trade in your smartphones to Att and cancel your account within the 14 day period they don tell you that you dont get your equipment back and will be charged your first month full bill regardless. Goodluck with getting anything you was promised.
