We just bought 3 baby goats and 1st stop was here, no one who worked there knew anything about goats, they sold me huge bottles never showing me the small nipples that fit onto a soda bottle, they could not help me with any questions however i thought okay, they just do not know much about goats...we spent 265. our 1st stop, 2 days later went in and spent 165.00 a week later spent 465.00,,,i would consider us very good customers. A few days later our baby goat was sick, i called to ask if they had CD anti-toxin , i specifically said not the vaccine, the girl replied," yes we do" it was close to closing but we made it in, sure enough they did not have it, i was very upset because now its late everything else is closing and they just sent me on a wild goose chase, to make this worse (on top of our new baby goat being sick) the young girl did not even apologize did not offer to help me find something else to make my goat feel better she simply walked away, and began laughing with another employee. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. i could NOT BELIEVE HOW EXTREMLY rude this girl was. so i was looking for some medicine to try and help my baby, which another customer was tring to help me, so i end up with yet another bill of 96.00 told the cashier a young man, that i was upset and why he gave me a dirty look, did not apologize, nothing not a single word as i was leaving i said,"goodbye you all have a good evening as well" he looked mad,she giggles. these 2 employees should be repremanded, if it were my company and my employees treated ANY customer in this manner i would absoutly let them go" i will drve longer to go to any other store. i also think their employees should be more knowledgeable, i heard them telling other customers things like,"im not sure" and "i dont know!!" i am wondering if the manager/owner knows and condones the way customers are treated SO POORLY by their employees. or if they even care.i had to find a new feed store and am treated very nicely there. also rual king has more knowledgeable employees and everything is much better priced same quality

I had purchased an Ingersoll Rand 80 Gallon Compressor with the extended warranty for $150. My compressor after 3 years started to leak oil from the top. I contacted the warranty company who told me they are not going to cover the part for the compressor due to the cost and that Tractor Supply should have never sold me the warranty. I contacted Tractor Supply explained my situation to the Manager Greg. Greg was so helpful and made everything easier then I thought. I left a happy Customer and recommend this location they are helpful and a friendly staff..

Awful store. No customer service requirements not needed to work there. Everytime I have been there had to wait in line for over 10 minutes. Cashier called for assistance 3times...asked about a product not on shelf another time, cashier responded, oh were not carrying it anymore if its not on the shelf...so explain to me why the tag is still on the shelf, and went back a month later, tag still there...shelf still empty.

Assistant manager was very rude when I needed feed for my 31 yr old Thoroughbred and there was none on the shelf. The employees in this store need basic customer service training. A smile and a helpful attitude can go a long way. In the end I left unhappy and bought my horse food at a different feed store and will not go back.

Absolutely horrible !!!!!! Dont ever go there. The employees have no clue or desire to help the customers. Worst experiences Ive ever had at a store were there for the last 5 years. Even though its very convenient for our needs the service is so bad Ill never go back

I love the products.The staff is sometimes helpful.It seems annoying when you dont know what register is open.They need to leave someone at the register. I wait sometimes 5 minutes or longer while there stocking selves

I know things are a little busy with the Hurricane on its way, but that is no reason to be rude to customers. Its still your job to work the register and answer the phone without being rude!

Friendly staff. Only place in Trinity that fills propane tanks, which is a 1/3 of the cost of switching out your Blue Rhino tanks. They have Blue Rhino exchanges as well.
