I can only say my experience was awesome! Incredible customer service, especially Mike Young who spent so much time explaining the ins & outs on how to navigate my new phone. I was not getting my voice mails....no problem, fixed. He even uploaded the information needed to my sprint account so I could get my discount. At no time did I sense any impatience, annoyance I would highly recommend. Very courteous, professional

Nelson did an absolutely phenomenal job! We came in with a family of six and he was the only one that worked the entire Sunday. He helped not only us, but other customers as they came in. The only complaint I would have is that he was the only one working on a Sunday. I would think a manager would put more than one person on a shift especially being a weekend.

We had the most positive experience weve ever had in a Sprint store in this store (and weve been with Sprint at least 10 years, so thats a lot of stores!). Tanya was so friendly and helpful in switching my husbands phone, and it was not easy! We were really impressed!
