I love this store dont know why people keep saying the customer service is bad because it has always been good for me and as for the store looking like a big mess well that is true but it is not the employees fault I have been in there and watched the employees try and clean up after customers and try to take care of the register its hard when your understaffed. But people are just rude I watch one couple Bing their kids in and they just tore the store up ripping things off the shelf throwing things across the store and they parents didnt do a thing. And all the employees could do is watch and try and clean up cuz even if they did confront them it wouldnt do any good they would either lose their job over it or cause a bigger seen And have more of a mess to clean up

I normally try to avoid making reviews like this but this has to be said. The aisles are covered with boxes. The guys restroom was blocked off with janitorial supplies, and when I asked about it, the employee said just use the girls! He told me he would stand outside the door and make sure no girls came in. When I came back out, he was nowhere to be seen. When I walked in the door the employees were NOT trying to clean up, they were sitting around the cash register chatting. The place is an absolute wreck, and I will never darken its doors again. This place should be closed, no kidding.

This store should be shut down and all employees fired. It is a total disgrace to a retail business. The store is a pigsty; aisles are crammed with merchandise in boxes and items are in total disarray on shelves. The staff has no customer service training and could care less if they provide service. I have seen ten clients lined up to check out and the only employee is in the back of the store. Hard to believe a business could be run so shoddy and unprofessional in todays competitive retail environment.

ALWAYS a NASTY & DISORGANIZED store each time I have visited. Cant keep employees or managers. Store is TOO CROWDED & SMALL to hold all the inventory. BOXES are always in the aisles. This store looks like a tornado hit it on the inside. Lines are long. Theres one male employee cashier who STINKS, never keeps up with his hygiene. I dont want him touching my stuff.

The parking lot is so dirty theres a rest restroom to use got the restroom door blocked I can recommend never go there even inside the store so dirty merchandise all over the floor but the people are kind there thats the only good thing about it if the place was to catch on fire you could not get out in time because its so cluttered

Not well stocked, the help isnt too helpful & a few are unkind n one us downright hateful n stinky⏬ Im embarrassed for them. I go to the excellent DGs on Dana RD in Fletcher In Landrum SC. The one off Stoney Mtn & Mills River. Yeah. I miss this one. Its close to my family but...well Id rather drive a bit....

Always a mess!!!! No organization...always a line.. customer service stinks!! When I asked the manager for corperates number he said go to the website he didnt have it?!?!? Ive been a general manager and ALL my managers had corperates number!!!! Go to the one Dana Rd , edneyville....any but this one!!

Meh.. Im a local, and shop, or shopped here regularly. But service has steadily declined, and after the rearranging of their store, everything feels cluttered and claustrophobic. (And often is). Its out of stock, messy, hard to shop in, and many of the staff, though not all, are rather rude.

The store is always a mess and they almost always have one person on a register. My last vist was not at all a good one. 2 young men working and only one at a register while the other just stood at his back talking to him. I as well as about 10 other people wated for 20 min just to check out

Dirty could not get down isles stuff off shelve on floor and they did not even put it back cloths everywhere not even on hangers its like they just threw them at the place they should be we will never go back to that one again. I will say the cashier was very helpfull raiting 1 for cashier

This place is awful. Anytime I go there to get something, its out of stock and it takes forever to for a new supply to come or for them to put it on the shelves anyway. The employees never know how to answer a question and the staff seems to change daily.

Store is ALWAYS a mess & disorderly!! They have a high employee turnover rate. Cant keep employees..even the good ones dont last long. Long lines. Store is too small to hold all the inventory received. I think it should be remodeled.

I never write reviews, but people need to know to avoid this place and go to another Dollar General. This location is incredibly sloppy, workers are highly unprofessional, and they are horrible at restocking. Its a shame.

Omg. Went in this location and I cant believe how horrible and dirty it is! I thought they were going out of business by the way it looked. It is by far the filthiest store I have EVER set foot in...gross.

Really needs to be cleaned. Has 2 bathrooms and are unavailable to public. In my personal opinion, its because of laziness to move boxes from the front of the door. Needs to be addressed by management.

I will say this dollar general tends to be a little chaotic. But if you have been there before it is easy to get in and out. I hate how most of the time you go it is very disorganized.

Aisles are crowded with restock carts, yet shelves can be 2/3 empty. The new "remodeled" store layout can make it difficult to find things.
