They fail to tell you that if you get a spot on your suede boots no matter what dont take it to the water and try to clean it you cannot get a refund and even exchange or anything if you are not a rewards member so you cant just go in there buy a pair of shoes and walk out you have to become a member give up some information that may be personal or otherwise dont expect to get any kind of help Ive went as high up calling the bear Bearpaws corporate office got nowhere with her nobody helps you out at the store you spend your money theyre happy to take it but not happy at all to help you out if theres ever a problem unless of course youre a rewards member Im left with a pair of Bearpaw boots $59 brand new with a spot on them needless to say I will never ever purchase another pair of shoes for me or any of my five children at that store again youre better off going to Payless Aldos anywhere other than Famous Footwear

Terrible place cant even walk in there without one of the employees breathing down your neck and interrupting your conversation when your not even talking to them and also very bad attitude and telling you that she doesnt like the look of those shoes and there not right for your age

The Staff are TERRIBLE!!! I had told the guy at the register 3 times the size I needed to order, and finally ten days later i get my package and its 4 sizes bigger than i had told him, very upset, I spent $70. NEVER ORDERING SHOES THERE AGAIN!
