The store sales persons need to improve. The two sales guys were more interested involved in their own game of "catch", than serving customers with courtsey and attention. What actually showed the contrast was the attitude at the Dicks opposite from this store, where the customer felt they were valued. Im not from Dicks and get nothing from them!
