Horrible! No cashier. Customer service is abysmal. 8 days ago I bought an SD card and it took 2 hours to do so. Yesterday I go in to return it and because they have no cashier they told me if would be an estimated 3 hour wait for a simpler return. So to prevent conflict I set up an appointment today for 3pm. I arrived early because to be early is to be on time. The assistant manager, Jumpci Jean, refused to give me a $70 refund for the defective product they sold me. They have a 14 day return policy. After the assistant manager, Mr. Jean, and myself were debating he had a police officer ask me to leave the store. My family is in the Delaware state police so I respected the officers wishes. Now my father, a 16 year executive sales rep for AT&T has to be inconvenienced to go to the store and try to get my money back for me. All of this headache could have been avoided if they stuck to their policy. Go there if you wish but if your product is broken, you will be up the creek without a paddle. 3 days, 5+ hours, gas money spent, and miles on my vehicle have earned me a $70 broken corrupted SD card. It wouldve been more affordable to drive 1.5 hours to Newark, Delaware to make a successful purchase. Youve been warned.

Way to crowded and not enough staff. Waited around over 45 min and not one staff member even acknowledged me. I guess they dont care about my business at all. After 15 min of waiting I even spoke to one representative and he said he would get to me as soon as possible......then a half hour went by without a peep. So I walked out. I will not be back to get my phone needs serviced here.

Terrible experience. We just needed two "Go" phones, yet had to wait over an hour to be served. We didnt need a "consultant", just someone to ring up a simple purchase. It was Black Friday, but it wasnt as though there were special offers being made, and there were only three consultants working, one wondering around with an iPad to "schedule consultations." Ridiculous.

Is it possible to give someone a minus number!! Worst experience ever. 5 workers and only two were selling. Three were walking around doing nothing. Including the Mgr. Waited 40 minutes and still were 3 people ahead of us out of five when we arrived. I WILL NOT ever go to this store again. Be warned.. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Worst customer service ever. Waited 15 min just to get greeted and checked in. Manager just stood there until a young blonde girl walked in and hr immediately attended to her. After 45 min of waiting I asked the manager how much longer and he guessed about 30 more min. Worst customer service ever...
