Stopped in last night just to check for an upgrade and had the most amazing service ever! We were taken care of by joe mason, a very educated, charming, welcoming young man with such a wonderful personality and excellant customer service, he was even very accepting of me and my wife as we are a gay couple which is hard to find nowadays. Even with us spending an hour in the store, him and the young lady he was working with made the process painfree and even kept us entertained with jokes, popcorn and funny stories. To top it off joe made sure we left with the maximum amount of merchandise with the most possible deals and offers sprint had going on, it really felt like Christmas came early! We will definitely make this location our home store and refer our friends and family!

Christine! CHRISTINE! Can you hear me? If anyone from the upper levels of this store reads this- Christine is a saint! whatever youre paying her, DOUBLE IT! cause she is awesome. We came to the mall to get lunch and found the italian place had closed down. Rather than waste a trip, i ran into the sprint store across the hallway. Well, Christine couldnt have been nicer. She got me all set up with the few things that I needed, and asked if she could look at my bill- come to find out, she could give me exactly what I was using now for $50 less!! No strings attached! How cool is that? Christine is my ONLY Sprint person going forward.

Joe was the manager on duty when my husband and I stopped at the Sprint store. We were looking to get a new phone and he did a wonderful job multitasking and helping 3 customers at once. He was short handed and still provided us with the best customer service. He didnt seem to be frazzled by the customers waiting he was honest and helped everyone. He helped us get a good plan and update our old phone. I am a manager and I know how hard it can be when you are short staff but Joe handed it with professionalism!

Sam Paden was the woman who helped us switch from tmobile to sprint and she was simply AMAZING! She was so patient and kind and although everyone was asking her a bunch of questions at the same time, she made sure that each individuals question was thoroughly answered. She made this experience (which is normally stressful) enjoyable and easy. We couldnt have asked for a better person to help us, thank you sam!

Great experience. Very helpful and Professional. Getting a phone for my daughter they had to work with my exwife to get the phone number transferred. Anyone that can deal with her deserves a medal. They made the process painless. Joe was great and patient. Everyone in the store was friendly and treated us with respect, even my exwife who lives an alternative lifestyle

To these dudes Joe and Greg deserve to have their own stores. I came In Thursday 4/20 and preorder the new Galaxy s8 and he help me out tremendously. And Friday when I came In to pick up the phone Now made everything even more smoother. These guys made me love sprint again! Thanks guys Ill be back to get more

Joe and Zayeed were great. After having a not-so-pleasant experience at another Sprint store, these two helped me repair and replace my old phone. Not only did they explain any confusing details of replacing the phone, they also joked around and made the whole process great.
